***********Patience is a Virtue (On Trust)

No really, it's a virtue. And a very important one, I am learning. After years of frustrating relationships and waiting around for results, or something to change or happen or whatever, I have developed quite a tolerance. This tolerance for stupid behaviors and things that appear unnecessary or without reason has, finally, morphed into something people see as 'patience.'

Today I found a quote that I fell in love with because it translates so well. Speaking about the comparison of photo development and life itself it says "Everything that is dark reflects what will become--through a refining process--light." This is what happened through all the crap people put me through in relationships and all the times I stood by and dealt with the stupidity of it all. they were dark times and brought out an ugly side of me, but somehow I made it through. And Finally, after all of it, after all these years, I'm seeing good coming out of it. It gives me hope and a small desire to persevere through these sucky dark times disguised as the refining process...or vice versa? haha anyway.

The final product is beautiful, and completely worth the time and effort. Yup. True story.
